Consultation Fee • A non-refundable $50 consultation fee is required to secure your appointment. • This fee will be applied toward the purchase of a wig if you decide to move forward with your order within 30 days of the consultation date. • If no purchase is made within that time frame, the consultation fee will be forfeited. Purpose of the Consultation During your consultation, we will: • Discuss your desired look, cap size, and styling preferences. • Review suitable wig options, materials, and customization details. • Conduct a professional head measurement (if applicable). • Provide expert guidance to ensure the perfect fit and natural appearance. Rescheduling or Cancellations • Consultations may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice. • No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. Liability and Agreement By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree that: • Rosuki Hair is not responsible for allergic reactions, scalp sensitivity, or improper maintenance once the wig has been delivered. • Results may vary based on individual preferences, head shape, or natural hairline. • Any measurements or recommendations provided are based on professional assessment and client information at the time of the appointment. • You understand that wigs are custom-made or personalized items, and therefore all sales are final once production has begun. A wig head mold is a custom replica of a client’s head shape and size used to make wigs that fit perfectly. Instead of using a standard mannequin head, the mold matches the exact circumference, ear placement, and head shape of the person who will wear the wig. This helps the wig sit naturally and securely. This is a non- refundable deposit that goes towards you wig.
