Human Hair Curly Wig – Quick Wash (10–15 min)

You’ll need

  • Sulfate-free shampoo
  • Moisturizing conditioner
  • Leave-in conditioner or curl cream
  • Wide-tooth comb or fingers

Steps

  1. Detangle first (important)
Detangle dry or slightly damp, starting from the ends going up.
Finger-detangle is best to preserve curls.
  2. Rinse only (no soaking)
Hold the wig upright and rinse with lukewarm water, letting water flow downward with the curls.
  3. Gentle shampoo cleanse
Use a small amount of shampoo and smooth it down the hair shaft.
Do not scrub or bunch the hair.
  4. Rinse well
  5. Condition (this brings curls back)
    Apply conditioner generously.
Finger-detangle and let sit 3–5 minutes.
  6. Optional quick deep boost (1 min)
Add a little warm water over the conditioner and scrunch  instant curl revival.
  7. Rinse (leave a little in)
Rinse lightly; leaving a touch of conditioner helps curl definition.
  8. Style while dripping wet
    Apply:
    • Leave-in conditioner
    • Curl cream or mousse
      Scrunch upward.
  9. Dry properly
    • Air dry or
    • Diffuse on low heat / low airflow

 Pro Tips (important)

  • Wash every 7–10 wears, not weekly unless product-heavy
  • Never brush curls once dry
  • Avoid oils before the wig is fully dry (causes frizz)
  • If it’s a closure/frontal wig, keep conditioner off the knots
