Wig Consultation Policy

To ensure every client receives the best service and attention, please review the following policy before booking your consultation.

Consultation Fee

• A non-refundable $50 consultation fee is required to secure your appointment.

• This fee will be applied toward the purchase of a wig if you decide to move forward with your order within 30 days of the consultation date.

• If no purchase is made within that time frame, the consultation fee will be forfeited.

Purpose of the Consultation

During your consultation, we will:

• Discuss your desired look, cap size, and styling preferences.

• Review suitable wig options, materials, and customization details.

• Conduct a professional head measurement (if applicable).

• Provide expert guidance to ensure the perfect fit and natural appearance.

Rescheduling or Cancellations

• Consultations may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

Liability and Agreement

By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Rosuki Hair is not responsible for allergic reactions, scalp sensitivity, or improper maintenance once the wig has been delivered.

• Results may vary based on individual preferences, head shape, or natural hairline.

• Any measurements or recommendations provided are based on professional assessment and client information at the time of the appointment.

• You understand that wigs are custom-made or personalized items, and therefore all sales are final once production has begun.
